The city of Tbilisi has been on designer Anouki Areshidze’s mind while creating Spring/Summer 2019 collection. Designer Anouki Areshidze has revisited her favorite era of Tbilisi, end of 70’s and decided to modernize silhouettess from that epoch. Tbilisi women have always been recognized as very well-dressed, few of those who have managed to travel abroad, obviulsy brought and spread the European spirit in the city, including the looks they wore.
Many of ANOUKI’s signatures were mixed with silhouettes taken from the private albums of the beautiful Tbilisi women, from 70’s era. You canfind oversized shirting, flare and feminine shapes, flower accents and lots of sparkle. Besides, we have put an accent on tailoring and formal dressing, since ANOUKI’s woman grows and needs more lady-like pieces in her wardrobe, even if she still maintains her inner girlish attitude.
