ANOUKI offers two different methods of shipment : Express and Standard.

Shipping to Georgia is carried via Georgian Express (official partner of DHL Express).

Delivery time is 1-2 working days, after the order shipment. But, due to transport limitations connected with COVID-19 infection, delays are often applied with delivery timing.

International shipments are carried either via DHL or ARAMEX Post.

PLEASE NOTE, CURRENTLY WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ORDERS FROM RUSSIA AND ALL ORDERS PLACED FROM THERE WILL BE CANCELLED.

If you choose Express delivery service during checkout, your order will be shipped via DHL Express. Please note the additional cost connected with Express delivery service during the checkout.

In case of Standard delivery, order will be shipped via ARAMEX Post. Standard delivery service is free.

Average delivery time is 6-8 working days (for Express delivery service) and 8-10 working days (for Standard delivery service), after the order shipment.

Shipment processing for various items maybe different, but usually it takes 2-3 working days to send the order, please check Shipping & Returns section for each item before placing the order. Please also note, some of the items are available only for pre-order, that means items will be made specially for you, in such cases we will process the item production during 5-7 working days after receiving the payment.

Please provide detailed shipping information while placing the order, to avoid delays, including your contact phone number.

We are not able to redirect orders / change delivery address after they leave the ANOUKI warehouse.

There’s a high possibility of delays during holiday time, so, please consider additional few days for delivery.

Please note, sale items and accessories can not be returned or exchanged.

For the moment, returns / exchanges shipment costs are covered by customer.

ANOUKI does not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery. All orders will include an invoice declaring the exact total amount of the purchased goods. We are not able to lower or change the value or mark the product as gift on the invoice of the parcel, since such actions are illegal and in violation with International Import Regulations as stated in Georgian Law.
